Downey Municipal Code Ch. 6.5 Validation Proceedings

From and after the effective date of this Chapter, the validity of all contracts, leases, agreements, bonds, warrants, obligations, evidences of indebtedness and other matters approved by the City Council is authorized to be determined pursuant to the provisions of Sections 860 through 870 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, as said sections may be added to or amended from time to time.
