Dinuba Municipal Code Ch. 9.64 Minors’ Drinking

It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to have in his or her possession or to use or consume any alcoholic beverage as the same is defined under Section 2(b) of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act of the state, Statutes of 1935, page 1123, and amendments thereof, while in or upon any street, alley or place open to the public or in or upon any place, public or private, open to the public view within this city.
