32-98.34 Severability.

The Town Council hereby declares that every section, paragraph, clause and phrase is severable. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this article is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases.
