86.24.010 Parking Overlay Zone.¶
The regulations set forth in this chapter shall apply in the Parking Overlay Zone.
86.24.020 Permitted uses.¶
Open air, temporary parking of transient automobiles and similar passenger type trucks; provided, that the areas so classiWed and used shall conform to the provisions of Chapter 86.58 CMC. No such land in the Parking Overlay Zone shall be used for the purpose of sales of new or used motor vehicles.
86.24.030 Development standards.¶
Development occurring on any property designated Parking Overlay for the purpose of constructing a parking lot or structure will comply with the development provisions of the underlying zone. (Ord. 1675)
