§ 5.27.201. Building codes.¶
The Clovis Building Code shall mean the current versions of the California Building, Fire, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and related codes, as well as the Uniform Administrative Code and Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as incorporated by reference in this Code with local amendments, except that the procedures for abatement, conducting appeals, and cost recovery shall be those set forth in Chapters 28 and 29 of Title 5.

§ 5.27.202. Dangerous buildings.¶
As set forth in Chapter 9 of Title 8, the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings shall apply to the determination of whether a building is dangerous except that the procedures for abatement, conducting appeals, and cost recovery shall be those set forth in Chapters 28 and 29 of Title 5.

§ 5.27.203. Nuisances.¶
Violations of the Clovis Building, Uniform Administrative Code, and Dangerous Building Codes are considered nuisances.
