§ 3.3.101. Authorized.

The Council is hereby authorized and empowered to levy and collect a tax not to exceed fifteen ($0.15) cents ($0.15) on each one hundred and no/100ths dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation for the purpose of providing and maintaining parks and music and for advertising purposes.

§ 3.3.102. Expenditure of funds.

The money from such tax so collected shall be held in a special fund from which the Council is hereby authorized and empowered to expend and allocate the money so collected in such manner as it deems best in providing and maintaining parks and music and for advertising purposes for the City.

§ 3.3.103. Amount of tax: Levy and collection.

The amount of such tax shall be fixed, and such tax shall be levied and collected, at the time and in the manner provided by law for the levy and collection of other taxes for and by the City.
