§ 2.52.010. Annexation to Los Angeles County Fire Protection District.¶
In accordance with the terms and provisions of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 13948, the City, by its City Council, requests the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County to include and annex the entire City and all territory within its established boundaries, as those boundaries exist as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter to the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County, so that all of the territory within the City shall become a part of the Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County.
