§ 17.32.010. Generally.¶

Whenever the strict application of the requirements of this title is impractical or contrary to the best interests of the public, the city council may make modification that is reasonably necessary, provided such modifications are in keeping with the intent and requirements of this title and the Subdivision Map Act.
