§ 2.60.010. Filing.

Any document to be filed with any office of the City shall be filed during the normal working hours of the office in which the document is to be filed.

§ 2.60.020. Filing with the City Clerk.

The City Clerk is the Clerk of the City Council and no document to be filed with the City Council shall be considered filed until it has been received by the City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk.

§ 2.60.030. Exceptions.

CMC § 2.60.020 shall not apply to matters to be filed with the City Council which involve the City Clerk's fidelity bond or personnel action pertaining to the City Clerk. These documents shall be filed with the Mayor, or, in the Mayor's absence, the Mayor Pro Tempore.
