20.88.010 - Penalty. ¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any provision, or fail to comply with any mandatory requirement of this title. Any person, firm or corporation committing any unlawful act under this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor pursuant to Section 1.04.010 of this code.
