§ 17.46.010. Generally.

No vacant land in any district established under the provisions of this title shall hereafter be occupied or used except for agricultural purposes. No building hereafter erected, structurally altered or moved into or within any such district shall be occupied until a certificate of use and occupancy has been issued therefor.

§ 17.46.020. Issuance.

A certificate of occupancy shall be issued after: inspection indicates that the building or use is in conformity with this title and other regulations.
