§ 42815

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, which becomes effective on or before January 1, 2025, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 261, Sec. 3. (AB 419) Effective January 1, 2020. Repealed as of January 1, 2025,by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6.5, commencing with Section 42801.)
