§ 1500

The established mailed ballot election dates are as follows:

(a) The first Tuesday after the first Monday in May of each year.

(b) The last Tuesday in August of each year.

(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 58, Sec. 1. (AB 3259) Effective January 1, 2019.)
