§ 2931

Fees for Reinstatement Qualifying Examination.

(a) The fee for administration of a broker's reinstatement qualifying examination required pursuant to an Order by the Commissioner shall be $150.

(b) The fee for administration of a salesperson's reinstatement qualifying examination required pursuant to an Order by the Commissioner shall be $100.
