Registrant Notifications to the Department.

(a) Registrants must notify the Department via the Department's internet website within 30 days of any of the following events, specifying the effective date of these events:

(1) Issuance of new military orders to a duty station outside of California, or separation from service by the servicemember, that will cause expiration of the registration pursuant to Section 115.10 of the Business and Professions Code.

(2) Renewal of the out-of-state license(s) through which the registrant qualifies for registration, including the new expiration date of that license.

(3) A change in the marital, domestic partnership, or legal union status of the registrant that will impact their qualification for registration.

(4) The bringing of a criminal complaint, information, or indictment charging a felony against the registrant.

(5) The conviction of the registrant, including any verdict of guilty, or plea of guilty or no contest, of any felony or misdemeanor.

(6) Any disciplinary action taken by another licensing entity or authority of this state or of another state or an agency of the federal government.
