9 We, the undersigned, stipulate and agree:

10 1. That we are the parties to the within action.

11 2. That we have completed and exchanged the preliminary declarations of disclosure herein as required by Family Code §2104. 12 3. That we have completed and exchanged current income and expense declarations. 13 4. That this waiver is knowing and intelligent. 14 5. That we, and each of us, understand that by agreeing to waive the final disclosure we may be 15 affecting our ability to have the judgment set aside at a later date.

16 6. That we, and each of us, further understand that the extent to which our rights to set aside the judgment have been affected by this stipulation will be decided by a court of law. 17 7. That the signing of this stipulation does not affect the fiduciary obligations between the parties or 18 any other rights or responsibilities of the parties.
