SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF DEL NORTE ———SSE === ———s = = = Standing Order 19-002 Regarding Community Work Service Effective January 31, 2019, the Court authorizes the amount of $24.00 per hour worked for community service based on Penal Code § 1209.5, for defendants charged with infractions, misdemeanors and in some situations felonies.
