15 In light of the re-opening of the Northern Division of the United States Bankruptcy

16 Court, the provisions of this General Order 20-10, General Order 20-09, Amended

17 General Order 20-06, and all COVID-19 related orders of the United States District Court,

18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States Marshal, his Deputies,

19 the Court Security Officers, or a designated contractor, are authorized to enforce

20 all measures in place in the Northern Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court,

21 located at 1415 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, designed to prevent the spread

22 of COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, denial of entry to the facility of anyone

23 not wearing a face covering, anyone evidencing symptoms of infection with the

24 COVID-19 virus, and anyone not cleared through the temperature scanning devices.
