SENTENCES FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS (Section 23152) Offense Minimum and Maximum Sentences when Probation is Granted Minimum and Maximum ( 3 to 5 Years Probation Term) Sentences without Probation
