Pursuant to Government Code section 68084.1(g), unclaimed funds on deposit with the Court may be transferred to the Trial Court Operations Fund without publication if the amount is twenty dollars ($20) or less, or if the name of the original depositor is unknown, provided such funds have remained unclaimed for a period of at least one year. The deposits identified in the attached documentation have remained on deposit with the Court for more than one year.
