IMPORTANT NOTE: If this request is not timely filed, the request may be denied. In addition, a continuance will not be granted without a showing of good cause. Although the Court will consider the request for a preferred date, that date may not be available, and the trial may have to be postponed to a date a party has indicated that they are unavailable.
