Notice of Fees for Copying, Certification and Search of Records Pursuant to Government Code § 70627

Effective March 1, 2015 the Court will begin charging public entities for clerk-made copies of court records in any criminal action. The specific services and associated charges are detailed in Government Code § 70627. The Court will no longer be providing these services free of charge to public entities. The Court is willing to continue its existing arrangement of providing these services at no cost through close of business on February 28, 2015.

Costs for Copies in Criminal Actions:

$.50 per page for copies $25 for certification of a copy of paper, record, or proceeding on file, plus $.50 per page $15 for searching records or files, for each search longer than 10 minutes $20 per exemplification

Records can be mailed to you if you have included a self-addressed, stamped envelope..
