SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF EL DORADO 495 Main St Placerville, CA 95667 DATE: November 15, 2022 JUDGE: Vicki Ashworth, Presiding Judge CLERK: Amanda Sooth WAIVER OF LIMITATIONS ON THE SERVICE OF TEMPORARY JUDGES IN UNLAWFUL DETAINER CASES Effective November 15, 2022, due to the lack of judicial resources available to the South Lake Tahoe Session of the El Dorado County Superior Court, and pursuant to my authority under the California Rules of Court, rule 2.818(b), I find there is good cause to waive the limitation on the service of temporary judges in unlawful detainer cases wherein one party is self-represented, and the other party is represented by an attorney or is an attorney.
