11 IN RE: COVID-19 PUBLIC EMERGENCY – GENERAL ORDER 21-03 REOPENING OF ALL INTAKE AREAS12

14 Based on the continuation of the Continuity of Operations Plan (“COOP”) 15 implemented on March 18, 2020, and in response to the recent steady decrease in 16 COVID-19 cases in the Central District of California, 17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that General Order 21-02 closing all Bankruptcy 18 Courts in the District to all in-person operations is amended to permit the Intake areas 19 of all Divisions of the Bankruptcy Court to open and serve the public in-person 20 starting on March 22, 2021. 21 All other provisions of General Order 20-12 remain in effect. Should the phased 22 re-opening of the Intake areas proceed smoothly and COVID-19 cases in the District 23 continue to decrease, further in-person activities will be authorized in coming weeks. 24
