MISDEMEANOR CHARGES: I understand that I am entitled to a trial within thirty (30) days if I am in custody when arraigned or forty-five (45) days if out of custody.
FELONY CHARGES: I understand I am entitled to have my trial within sixty (60) days from the filing of the indictment or information with the Court. I understand my case must be dismissed if trial does not start within those time limits unless I voluntarily waive my time for trial.
I hereby waive my right to a speedy trial and consent to a trial on or before or within ten (10) days thereafter if there is a good cause for the delay.
