NOTICE TO PAY REAL PROPERTY TAXES BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) (SECOND NOTICE)

Dear (assessee):

Our records indicate that you have not responded to our original notice regarding the payment of real property taxes by EFT.

As indicated in our original notice, you were identified as an assessee whose tax payments equal or exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in the aggregate. Therefore, you are directed to pay by EFT. Your first payment must be made on or before December 10, (year) and your second payment must be made on or before April 10, (year) by EFT.

Enclosed is an EFT Authorization Agreement. Please complete and return it within 10 days.
