N _ GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 17-05 FILED MAR 09 2017 GENERAL ADMINSTRATIVE ORDER OF THE CALAVERAS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT oe f > Boputy USE OF RECORDING DEVICES IN COURT FACILITIES Photographing, videotaping, televising or otherwise recording within the courthouse is prohibited unless a written request has been filed-:and approved by the court. (California Rules of Court, Rule 1.150). All requests to allow for photography, videotaping, televising or otherwise recording within the courthouse shall be submitted in writing to the Court Executive Officer or submitted on Judicial Council Form MC-500 at the clerks filing window. Any violation of this order or California Rule of Court 1.150 is an unlawful interference with the proceedings of the court and may be the basis for an order terminating media coverage, a citation for contempt of court, or an order imposing monetary or other sanctions as provided by law.
