The Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo is appointed as Conservator of the Person and Estate in LPS Conservatorship proceedings when the individual under the disability of thd Conservatorship is suffering from a mental illness or mental disease. 2. That Margaret Taylor is the duly appointed Public Guardian for the County of San Mateo By way of this Order, the Court hereby authorizes the individuals named in this Order to execute any} document required for the sale or transfer of real property and/or personal property, including all stoc and cash reserve transfers and redemption of bonds. The individuals who are authorized to executd these documents on behalf of and in the place of Margaret Taylor are:
