15 THE COURT HEREBY FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
16 Under the authority of California Rules of Court, rule 10.603(b)(1)(B). Local
17 Rules of Court, rule 1.7.5. subsections (e)(5) and (e)(6) are suspended effective
18 August 28. 2023 as applied solely to the North Division of Kern County Superior Court.
19 All Felony Criminal lnformations must be filed in the Division (Shafter or
20 Delano) in which the crime is alleged to have occurred. in accordance with the zip
21 codes as set forth in Appendix A to the Local Rules of Court. This Standing Order
22 does not affect rule 1.7.5, subsection (e)(4).
