oO ON DBD WH FF WY NO & NON NY NY NY NHN VN VN VN HNO ew wm ee Re Re Re Re oN DBD UN FF Ww NY KF OD HO FN DH FW YY KF SO FILED UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT SEP ~ | 2011 EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA ITED STATES BANKRUPTCY Cq EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFOR JURT NIA In re: ) ORDER AUTHORIZING TRUSTEE TO ) PAY BANK SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES _ ) INCURRED BY ESTATES ACCOUNTS ) GENERAL ORDER 11-01 ) The Court having been advised by the Acting United States Trustee for Region 17 that authorized depositories are no longer willing to waive fees and service charges incurred by Chapter 7 Trustees on money of estates on deposit with such institutions, and that the United States Trustee Program has temporarily suspended its policy prohibiting bank service fees charged to trustees by authorized depositories on Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate accounts, it is ORDERED that trustees administering cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Eastern District of California in connection with handling money of estates pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 345 under U.S. Trustee Guidelines are authorized to incur and to pay on an ongoing basis, any bank service fees as actual, necessary expenses related to the administration of bankruptcy estate accounts as contemplated by 11 U.S.C. § 330(a)(1)(B); and it is further ORDERED that the Court shall retain authority to review and approve such expenses during the administration of the case. This General Order is effective for all Chapter 7 cases pending on or after September 1, 2011, and it shall remain in effect until further order of this court. Dated: SEP =] 201 Michael S.
