9 WHEREAS, Judge Corrine Bielejeski has been appointed as a judge in the 10 Sacramento Division of the Eastern District of California Bankruptcy Court, 11 IT IS ORDERED that General Order 25-10, which temporarily assigned new cases from 12 Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Calaveras counties to the Fresno Division, is hereby abrogated. 13 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that new cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court 14
for the Eastern District of California from Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Calaveras counties on or15
16 after August 10, 2026, will be assigned to the Sacramento Division as prescribed in Local
17 Bankruptcy Rule 1002-1.
18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that cases from Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Calaveras
19 counties that were assigned to the Fresno Division between January 2, 2026, and August 9,
20 2026, will remain in the Fresno Division for the entire lifespan of each case. 21
