UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT 1 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 2 3 In re ASSIGNMENT OF SANTA ROSA DIVISION 4 CASES FILED ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 2017 5 AND ABROGATION OF GENERAL ORDER NO. 27 6 GENERAL ORDER 33 7 8 Effective July 1, 2017, bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings venued in the Santa 9 Rosa Division of this Court 1 shall be assigned as follows: 10 Del Norte and Humboldt Counties 11 (Eureka Cases - All Cases) 12 All bankruptcy cases filed on or after July 1, 2017 and venued in Del Norte County or 13 Humboldt County, and any adversary proceeding associated with such a bankruptcy case, shall receive a Santa Rosa Division case number and be assigned to Judge William J. Lafferty.14 15 Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake Counties (Chapter 12 and Chapter 13)16 Chapter 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases filed on or after July 1, 2017 and venued in Napa17 County, Sonoma County, Mendocino County or Lake County, and any adversary proceeding 18 associated with such a bankruptcy case, shall receive a Santa Rosa Division case number and be 19 assigned to Judge Dennis Montali. 20 Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake Counties21 (Chapters 7, 9, 11 and 15) 22 Chapter 7, 9, 11 and 15 bankruptcy cases filed on or after July 1, 2017 and venued in 23 Napa County, Sonoma County, Mendocino County or Lake County, and any adversary 24 proceeding associated with such a bankruptcy case, shall receive a Santa Rosa Division case 25 number and be assigned to Judge Roger L. Efremsky or Judge Charles Novack. 26 27 1 The Santa Rosa Division consists of Del Norte, Mendocino, Humboldt, Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Marin counties.28 B.L.R. 1001-3(a). Venue is determined as consistent with 28 U.S.C. §1408 and §1410.

Abrogation of General Order 27 and Marin County Cases 1 (All Cases) 2 All bankruptcy cases filed on or after July 1, 2017 and venued in Marin County, and any 3 adversary proceeding associated with such a bankruptcy case, shall receive a San Francisco 4 Division case number and be assigned to Judge Dennis Montali or to Judge Hannah L.
