NOTICE FROM THE CLERK OF THE COURT
March 1, 2021
TITLE: Mandatory Civil Settlement Conference Program
Effective March 1, 2021, the Sonoma County Bar Association will
assume responsibility of the management and coordination of the Civil Settlement Conference Program until further notice. The contact at the bar association is:

Please note that not all civil cases will be referred for a mandatory
settlement conference. Referral will be determined on a case by case basis by the civil judge assigned to your case.
If the judge determines your case is appropriate for a mandatory
settlement conference, the information listed above will be provided in the Notice of Mandatory Settlement Conference and Trial.
