Plaintiff: Case Number:

_______________________ DELAY REDUCTION PROGRAM NOTICE

Defendant:

Notice: All Parties and counsel are required to apprise themselves of the Delay Reduction Program rules.

The above referenced case is subject to the Delay Reduction Program set forth in Plumas Superior Court’s Local Rules. It is the obligation of each party and attorney to become familiar and comply with the rules as described in detail in rule 10 of the Local Rules. In addition to these Local Rules, parties must comply with statutes and the California Rules of Court.

Upon filing of the Complaint, the clerk will prepare and serve on the Plaintiff a Notice of Case Management Conference. The plaintiff is required to serve the notice on the respondent 45 days prior to the scheduled Case Management Conference. No special appearances will be accepted.

Parties and attorneys are required to file a Case Management Statement using mandatory form CM-110 no later than 15 days before the date set for the Case Management Conference.

Parties are required to have meaningful and reasonably expeditious participation in the program to reduce the need for multiple conferences. Sanctions for non-compliance with the Local Rules and Delay Reduction Program orders can be expected, in absence of good cause for the same.

Copies of the Local Rules are available in the Clerk’s Office or on the court’s website at www.plumas.courts.ca.gov
