After examining the Petition and related documents, the Court finds:

1. All of the allegations in the Petition are true.

2. The guardianship/conservatorship estate meets the criteria of Probate Code § 2628(a), therefore:

   future accountings should be dispensed with as long as the conditions of Probate Code § 2628(a) remain satisfied.

   bond should be dispensed with as provided in Probate Code §2323 as long as the conditions of Probate Code § 2628(a) remain satisfied.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:
