NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX DEFAULTED CEMETERY

I, (name), Tax Collector of (county) County, State of California, declare that the real property known as (cemetery name) Cemetery, assessed to (assessee), is now subject to sale for nonpayment of taxes legally levied and a lien on the property.

On (day), (date), said cemetery will be offered for sale for not less than (price), the minimum bid set by the (county) County Tax Collector in accordance with law.

Notice is hereby given that, unless said cemetery is redeemed as provided by law, I will, at the hour of on (day), (date) , at the location of (sale location) in the city of (sale city), California, sell said cemetery.

If this property is not lawfully redeemed by payment of delinquent taxes and other charges, before the close of business or 5 p.m., whichever is later, on the last business day prior to the date the sale begins, the right of redemption will cease and the property will be subject to all provisions of law governing the ownership and operation of cemetery property.
