Your response must be served and filed within ten calendar days (plus an additional five days if served by mail) from the date you receive the Request. • If your case is deemed ready for a Settlement Conference, an Order will be issued to set the date for the Settlement Conference, Case Management Conference or both. • According to Local Rule 9.20 (e), you are required to submit a Statement of Issues for the Settlement Conference or Trial at least ten (10) calendar days before the Settlement Conference. • Please note that trial dates will be assigned during the Case Management Conference.
