IT IS THE ORDER OF THE COURT, the Imperial County Probation Department

is to conduct an investigation and file with this court a report and recommendation in the above-entitled matter, as required by Probate Code Section 1513.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the investigation finds that the proposed ward

is or may be described within Welfare and Institutions Code Section 300, the case shall be immediately referred by the investigating probation officer to the Imperial County Department of Social Services for investigation.
