1 2 3 4 5 6 UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 7 8 In re 9 ASSIGNMENT OF CHAPTER 11 10 BANKRUPTCY CASES IN THE SAN JOSE DIVISION 11 12 GENERAL ORDER 46 13 For the effective allocation of judicial resources, until further notice, Chapter 1114 bankruptcy cases filed in the San Jose Division of this Court will be assigned as follows: 15 16 1) Judge M. Elaine Hammond is removed from the chapter 11 random case assignments in 17 the San Jose Division. 18 2) Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases filed in the San Jose Division shall be randomly assigned to 19 Chief Judge Stephen L. Johnson, Judge Hannah L. Blumenstiel, or Judge Dennis Montali. 20 3) The Clerk of Court shall institute such procedures as may be necessary to effectuate this 21 adjustment of caseload. 22 23 IT IS SO ORDERED.
