On the Effective Date, Debtor shall be discharged from 2 any debt that arose prior to confirmation of the Plan, as 3 specified in 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d)(1)(A) and except as otherwise 4 provided in Article 9 of the Plan. If Debtor is a corporation, 5 its discharge shall be subject to 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d)(6). 6 [OR Debtor is not entitled to a discharge, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 7 § 1141(d)(3).] 8 5. As required by 11 U.S.C. § 1183(c)(2), no later than 14 9 days after substantial consummation of the Plan, Debtor shall 10 file a notice of substantial consummation and shall serve such 11 notice on the Subchapter V Trustee, the United States Trustee, 12 and all creditors and other parties in interest. Debtor shall 13 promptly file a certificate of service demonstrating timely 14 compliance with the service requirements of this paragraph. 15 6.
