Re: Tuolumne County Local Rules of Court Date: January 4, 2017
No substantive changes have been made to the Court’s local rules for the revision cycle effective January 1, 2017. Please note, however, that a Table of Authorities has been created for your convenience, one citation has been added, and several citations have been corrected. The specific changes are listed below.
- Corrected the phrase “section 2.2” to “standard 2.2” in rule 2.15.0
- Corrected the citation format in rules 3.11.0, 8.05.0, 8.06.0, and 8.07.0
- Added a citation to the Judicial Council form FL-105/GC-120 in rule 6.07.0
- Added the Table of Authorities to the end of the document and an entry referencing the same in the Table of Contents
