Invitation to Comment on Proposed Changes to Local Rules of Court

Consistent with California Rules of Court, Rule 10.613, the Mono County Superior Court seeks comments regarding proposed changes to the Local Court Rules that will become effective on January 1, 2027. The comment period will run from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, through Friday, October 30, 2026.

Proposed changes include amendments to rules on remote appearances.
