This table may be used to determine if a case must be reopened and whether or not a fee is required. If it is required that a case be reopened, a motion and order must be submitted to the court. The order reopening the case must be entered before the subsequent documents can be filed.

**No fee payable if filed by the U. S. Trustee (Fee Compendium Section L). If filed by others, fee can be waived without referring to the judge if a General Order is issued.
