UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA In re: ) ) HISTORY OF THE WEINBERGER ») BANKRUPTCY GENERAL COURTHOUSE COMMITTEE ) ORDER NO. 202 ) ) The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California having determined that:

  1. The Weinberger Courthouse would benefit from historic displays depicting the history related to the judges who chambered in the Jacob Weinberger U.S. Courthouse and the cases decided there;
  2. That a failure to begin this process may result in the loss of important historical information; and
  3. That the San Diego community would benefit from a public display of this information. IT IS ORDERED: (1) A committee is appointed to undertake this project and, in particular, to prepare a proposal for funding, to research issues, and to initiate creation of historical displays. The initial members are Judge Laura S. Taylor, Christin A. Batt, and Robert R. Barnes. (2) The initial term of the committee members is two years. (3) The committee may be expanded as necessary by order of the court and the terms of the existing members may be extended by such an order. DATED: April (71 2023 CLIN Bthen CHRISTOPHER B.
