18 19 20 24 25 26 27 SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SONOMA ORDER Order of the Presiding Judge This Order revokes and supersedes the Order of the Presiding Judge concerning COVID-19 matters dated May 26, 2021. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
- That all unvaccinated persons entering any Sonoma County Superior Courthouse shall wear a California Department of Public Health approved mask at all times in the Courthouse unless a Judicial Officer orders, or the CEO of the Court approves, removal of a mask for any purpose.
- Fully vaccinated persons, who are not court personnel, are not required by the Court to wear a mask inside the courthouse, however they must first self-attest that they are fully vaccinated before entry. - The Sonoma County Emergency Bail schedule shall remain in effect until further order of the Presiding Judge.
- Any judicial officer shall have the authority to order any person removed from the courthouse for failure to follow these orders, or if the judicial officer observes COVID- 19-like symptoms.
