About

The judgment debtor's interest in real property may be levied upon and sold under a writ of execution to satisfy a money judgment.

The judgment creditor must supply an adequate description of the property (both a legal description and common street address, if any); whether the debtor has a leasehold interest, and whether, or not, the property contains a dwelling or is vacant land. The instructions must also include the names and addresses of all other persons having an interest in the property as indicated by records of the county assessor.
