STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) AMENDED STANDING ORDER RE: COMPENSATION FOR SAN MATEO SUPERIOR COURT “FRIEND OF THE COURT” CONSERVATORS AND TRUSTEES GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the compensation for San Mateo Superior Court “Friend of the Court” conservators and trustees be set at $ 90.00 an hour, effective June 1, 2001. The court sets said rate of compensation with the expectation that services which can be performed by a third party at a lesser hourly rate will be brokered out to said third party.
