If this case is referred to CPS for investigation, the probate guardianship proceedings are stayed until CPS completes the investigation required by Welfare and Institutions Code §§ 328 and 329 and a report is provided to the Court. CPS is ordered to prepare and serve such a report within 30 days from the date of this order. In the interim, the temporary orders shall remain in full force and effect.
