As provided in FRBP 2002(h), ina chapter 7 case where a claims bar date has been set by the Court and has elapsed, all notices required by FRBP 2002(a), except FRBP 2002(a)(4), need be mailed only to creditors whose claims have been filed withthe-Cterk and to creditors, ifany, who are still permitted to file claims by reason of an extension granted under FRBP 3002(c)(1) or (c)(2) 6}. *
