Memorandum Of Garnishee (AT-167)

People other than the defendant who get a notice of attachment complete this if they did not give the sheriff (the levying officer) all the property listed in the notice. Is also used by people other than a judgment debtor who receive a notice of levy if they did not give the levying officer all the property listed in the notice.
